Sorry. Another question about compatiblity but my frames being resprayed and i need an answer.

I have an old 7 speed orange mtb and need to replace the crankset and bb. I was looking at shimano lx hollowtech11, truvativ stylo or one model below. Truvativ told me the stylo is not compatible with 7 speed but i have read posts to the contrary on various sites.

My other option is to replace all the chainrings on an old xt square taper crankset but they are very expensive and can only find them on wiggle.co.uk. the advantage would be the reliability of a new sqaure taper bb which seem to be moer durable than the recent designs.
I need to clean and regrease derailleurs brakes hubs.
Can anyone advise me on best method especially for mechs (a link maybe) and good degreaser.http://www.bikeforums.net/newthread....ewthread&f=10#
