I'm not sure about any dedicated brackets, but maybe you could find a bento box that is big enough for your external battery. Or maybe a frame bag. You could even put your DIY skills to work and make a sleeve out of Cordura or neoprene and then strap it to the frame using velcro (like external packs for lights).
