According to the article, "French newspaper L'Equipe has reported that 2002 Vuelta a Espaņa winner and this year's Tour de Suisse winner Aitor Gonzalez (Euskaltel-Euskadi) has tested positive for a banned substance during the last Vuelta a Espaņa."

Since it's from L'Equipe, I wonder if they mean the last Vuelta a Espaņa of the 20th century?
