I feel I'm on the down side of power PBs for the shorter durations, due to age, limited training time, or possibly past illness, but I just don't see 830W 1' power or 500W 5' power anywhere on my calendar from here, and that's where it would have to go to get PBs.
is why pbs should be w/kg. you can always lose bone mass with age!
