I would think LivingSocial is legit,we have it here in the States. Whether you pay with a card or PayPal,you should have some buyer protection. I know Fab.com does deals on bikes;they've had Stridas.

If it's a legit Dahon just rebadged with meh parts,it could be worth it for the frame and just upgrade things as they wear out.
