Looks like a replacement fork on the OP's Activa. Hybrids get better money than the bike "snobs" would let on. Many old timers and women want to ride sitting up, not hunched over. You'll need much better photos and no snow in the photos or on the ground to get a better price.
Sold the sister to it on 9/8/13 for $175 in Ann Arbor. It was cleaned and overhauled.
That bike is just so much better looking than mine.
