3rd nice! I'd be happy to be with the lead group out there (hell, I was happy to with the second group last time). Looking over the data, looks like Arastradero was really fast today (around threshold for me), which is probably why I couldn't go much over threshold to hang on on on Alpine. Looks like you were going pretty hard up Alpine from your data (VO2Max zone). Oh and I like how you get back to work and first thing: upload ride, post on bikeforums.
Joined back on near the turnaround and made a point to keep moving up, which helped. Was near the front for a few of the sprints on the way back, but just can't figure out how to get forward from ~10th wheel with everyone trying to do the same thing.
I discovered that is what I love though - that last mile or two from the line, moving up, defending position, moving up, losing position, moving up again, etc. Adrenaline is good for +10% power and +30% aggressiveness.
