It is in the USA. In the Netherlands for example the modal share allocated to bicycle is almost 40%. I would need to see the source to verify what you're saying

I didn't take into account in the calculator medical expenses because then I would be working on hypotheses and many times insurances pay those types of expenses, so they are often already embedded in insurance expenses
