Yes, but we also know they can be more than a Toy they can be a tool. One big driving factor in the community I live in is construction. Roofers, carpenters, dry wall, framers, electricians, plumbers all make their living with trucks, PUs mostly to go to and from the job site. Moving closer to that job site doesn't work out either.

Well except the general contractor has a Caddy and owns three or four of the homes.
