The context is both pictures were taken at work when I was receiving awards (nothing big, really; one was an award for not getting laid off for 15 years; the other was for a certification I received.)

The before is from mid-2012 when I was near my heaviest, probably about 235. When I started MFP in August of 2013 I weighed about the same.
