Yes, I thought so too at first, but I have had it a month or so, and I don't coast with the brakes. In fact, I have tried give them hell just because I figured it might help with the break-in period. I mean, I have on purpose tried to maintain speed until I absolutely had to stop, instead of coasting to a stand still, and I haven't used the brakes for slowing down slightly over many meters. Instead I have employed a stop and go approach to help with the breaking-in of the pads.
