i've scanned Op's forum posts. i think he's taken upon him/herself to upgrade/mod a department store bike and has gotten in over his/her head. close to 50 posts about the same bike and drivetrain problems.
OP: please post pictures/videos of said problems with detailed descriptions or just take the bike to a shop.
EDIT: pictures/videos of YOUR, PERSONALLY OWNED, EXACT bike. not another "similar" bike or gear set from youtube, etc...
