Replace the following with polished / silver (that is, metal colored, not spray painted) parts:
Seatpost and collar
cranks and chainring
stem and bars
brake lever
Next, brown saddle and matching grips.
Finally, wheels with polished/silver box section rims, spokes, and hubs.
Unless you're trying to make your bike even more garish with the spray paint...
H'mm, interesting, yet I do not have any money, my brother owned one of these bikes too and spraypainted it, turned out pretty well so there's that.
