I have flipped hundreds of bikes but the one I have kept for many years is my 1997 CAAD3. Under 18 pounds with replacement wheels. They made several levels of this bike and the 1997 R900 Slice Ultegra equiped model I like the best. It is the lightest one listed at 18.3 pounds stock. Some riders get them under 17 pounds.
