Raleigh Safari from what much be the mid eighties... frame and fork were excellent candidates to build up a fixed gear.

After building it I weighed it and it was just under 24 pounds with the steel carnks, bar, and seatpost and the internal cable guides point to it being a nicer mid level frame... it is a blast to ride in the snow.
