I am a keen cyclist, who took up cycling & triathlon as a way to escape the grind in London about 3 years ago, but my dedication to the sport has increased massively since I took part in the Transcontinental Bike Race (London to Istanbul, non-stop & unsupported) in August. I had been accepted into a masters course for Sports Science in University of Portsmouth (hence my interest in cardiac studies in endurance sport) but decided to follow my girlfriend out to Singapore (via travelling overland, for a bit of adventure).
I am now seeking to work professionally in the cycling industry and have been writing up posts on
www.decaironman-training.com to comment on the discipline. As you may have seen I am also training for a Deca Ironman (beginning on 28th June in Scotland - and raising money for sports injuries); a challenge which I hope will give me a greater understanding (and I suppose quite unique) of endurance sports & supplement my own past participation in Ironmans & ultra marathons.
If I can be so bold - if you are looking for a content producer in the area of cycling or triathlon please drop me a line. By trade I am a scientific conference producer (I used to work in Student festivals) and looking to work remotely from Singapore or perhaps opportunities in Australia, New Zealand, perhaps even Europe.
