heh... sorry, wasn't trying to ruffle any feathers or say that they were "bad" in any way by saying "el-CHEAP-o". Let me rephrase that with the following words that readers can substitute:

Basic
Entry-level

Again... nothing wrong with that, but like I mentioned, it's highly doubtful that these Quando hubs will have cartridge bearings (which still hasn't been confirmed by the OP). Typically though, Quando hubs only have loose bearings that will require responsible attention and maintenance to keep them rolling for a long time.
