hub repacking: "eight balls per side front and rear" did not sound at all correct. but since it has been many years since repacking a zeus hub checked the Sutherland manual. for the front it gives 9 7/32" balls per side and for the rear it gives 9 1/4" balls per side. no wonder it clatters a bit! someone has been in there previously...

the bicycle's hubs will be a model called gran sport. the machine's road ensemble is called criterium but there are no criterium hubs. hub models went from gran sport to 2000 and then on to other models such as new racer, etc.
