No flame by me, but assuming the OP is legit and looking at what most people paid for their Chinese frames for, it might be worth insulating oneself by using an intermediary that sources open molds i.e. Pedal Force or November (who just announced their newest frame), plus I'm sure quite a few others. That way you're able to get replacement parts if needed, have the ability to work domestically with a company that will warranty the product and who have set standards on QC. For me that would be worth spending a bit more over the "sometimes it works and sometimes there's a risk that it won't" of going international while still paying much less than a branded frame
