Strictly speaking, most "brand" carbon bikes are Taiwanese. Noname/eBay carbon bikes are made in mainland China. Taiwan to mainland China is more or less what Silicon Valley is to Kentucky. (No disrespect to Kentucky.)

It's totally possible to find good components in either place, the biggest difference is that I'd expect more/better quality assurance in Taiwan.
P.S. There are exceptions. For example, Orbea makes their frames in mainland China.
Just stop. I would tell you to shutup too because lots of brand name carbon are also being made in China now. You can find ****holes in Taiwan and China. Just ask me, I have been to the Taiwanese countryside.
