For a girl, I'm a terrible menu organizer. I'm a decent cook, but getting into my head what I need to make is impossible. I'm not creative, and I need a menu, and then a recipe. I have no signature dish - well, I do, but I got it from my mom, and it's a new England staple (eastern Long Island, anyway). AzT, you've piqued my interest. More, please!
