Did my first real ride today managed 7.3 miles in the extremely hilly countryside around my house. 861 calories, 544 ft of climb, 175bpm avg HR, 10.1 avg mph. I will admit to pushing the bike uphill twice, once since I stopped half way though a climb then had my first get off due to inexperience with clipless pedals. I've got some work to do, but its a start. My first "rides" were ~3 miles just getting used to having a saddle up in the business. I'm pretty happy with my progress. Only really used the trainer up until this point.
