It's hard to tell from the online photos, but it seems to me to be a conspicuous orientation of the drivetrain.

I thought it might be one of those weird bikes that was done backwards for a reason, until you look closely and see that Ideale made a matching saddle with the trademark spelled backwards too.
How did they miss that?
