Cycleops fluid 2 warranty replacement unit
Hi all,
I pulled out my dad's old cycleops fluid MK1 trainer and found a puddle of oil underneath and unsurprisingly, no resistance. Evidently this is common with the older versions, so I called up the customer service for cycleops, the rep told me that they did not stock parts for my specific trainer anymore (and my frame is incompatible with the current resistance unit) but they could offer a brand new fluid 2 for $180 shipped along with the lifetime warranty. Should I take them up on this offer?
