Bikes: 1962 Schwinn Paramount P12, 1971 Schwinn Paramount P13-9

I've never taken apart a 5 speed but I have taken apart 6 & 7 speed Suntours. It will be much easier if you get a Suntour freewheel vise but the 5 speed cogs may not be interchangeable with the 6 & 7 speed cogs.
