If I wanted to use crossover gearing with a double chainring and have a low gear less than 30 gear inches and a high gear close to 100 gear inches what 6 cog freewheel and what chainrings would you choose?

Anyone out there have access to freewheels and cogs whereby one could choose one's own custom gearing?

Yes, friction shifters and yes a long cage derailleur.
