HA! No, not quite... but the one time, in my misspent youth, that I tried to sail a small boat in that part of the Bay we had to repeatedly pull up the centerboard to avoid becoming stuck in the mud! We were the kids who, at high tide, would walk out on the barely-submerged shoal just north of the San Mateo Bridge pretending, to the amazement of the drivers on the bridge, that we were walking on water.

Actually I now live a little north of the area covered by the map, in a little berg called Lagunitas, famous for beer and Salmon.
