For you fellows who have been following all of this since my AVA stem post:

I won't go into the details of why I now want a Schwinn "S" stem instead of the AVA, but suffice it to say that the donor Aug. '71 fork has a 21.1 mm I.D. steerer, and the original Dec. '70 has a 22.0 steerer...making an AVA stem incompatible!

Anyway, now I find myself looking for an alloy Schwinn handlebar stem, in 21.1 mm dia., marked "S" on the sides as in THIS PHOTO ). Also looking for the correct Maes bend bar to compliment the stem, preferably looking for a stem with it's original handlebar. Please - none of the later handlebars with the raised "Randonneur"-type bend.

Would prefer both of these parts to be in very nice used shape (or even better, NOS!). Photos of the items appriciated.

The Schwinn forum has been of little help to me, so I'm turning to you fellows for help.
