the last 5 books I've bought that where not for classes are all loan-able including the one in question in this thread.
I checked my library more closely: it turns out I do have 12-15 books that are eligible for lending. Anything recent/popular seems to be ineligible, however. The titles that are eligible, for me, are all older/cheaper or self-published books.
