As of today I'm at 435km. Probably finish up the 500 tomorrow. Monday and Tuesday will be used to get the extra mileage I want/need to reach 4000 miles for the year. I've already beat my best month ever with 538 miles this month....so by time finished will have a monster mileage month.
BTW NO GMR tomorrow for me.

And yeah, GMR. I'd probably make it to the gate if I tried right now. Ha ha. If you check out the fitness/freshness graphs from strava or golden cheetah I'm theoretically approaching what I had before I had surgery last year in terms of fitness but the fatigue is off the chart high. I'm going to have to ease up for a week when I get to 500 kms. Hopefully that will be Monday. 70 miles tomorrow and 50 Monday will do the trick.
