Hi, new here so first post. I managed to get pass a road block this morning and ride up Santa Susanna Pass. It was really depressing to see what the fire did up there. If any of you are familiar with that road it is truly amazing to see it now. I felt like I was riding on the moon. This road is very popular on the weekends and it part of the Simi Loop. Out 20 something thousand acres burned only 2 homes were destroyed. The first house is the home that was on the corner of Santa Susanna Pass and Box. A lot of the trees on the East side are gone so from the top you can look almost all the way down the descent. Next time you ride it will seem like your first time.
