I go with a tweak that occurred during the crash. I'm not going to diagnose anything on the Interweb; heck, I'm not a physician. My personal philosophy is to ride with aches and minor pains as long as riding doesn't exacerbate the injury. In most cases soreness and such tends to mitigate during a ride. The second consideration is how things feel after the ride. YMMV.
