Only my touring bikes are named, I guess that's due to the long hours in the saddle...the mind wanders.

My '90 Schwinn Voyageur is named "Seabiscuit" because it's low, fast and ugly. My very decked out 26" tourer is called "U.S.S. Super Fred", though in polite company I'll refer to it simply as "Tanker".
