I better start training... my Proctor needs new decals and am sure they were built at nearly the same time based on the tubing and wishbone seat stays. Your new Proctor is a full race version with shorter rear stays and a slightly steeper head angle while I think mine was built for high speed randonneuring by virtue of the rack / fender mounts but that does not slow it down.

I also have to get the new wheelset built up before spring hits.



But then I could always bring out the Cooper which is a slightly faster bike under certain conditions...
