I'll talk to the president to clear the air and then take Fat Boy's advice. I'm with him about the passive aggressive crap. I'm an honest guy and tell it how it is so I sometimes mistakenly expect others to behave the same way.

Went out tonight to the local cafe for NYE and ran into one of my ex-wife's friends. She impressed me, immediately came over said hi, gave me a hug and asked how I was doing. We chatted a bit more over the course of the evening, just idle chit chat stuff. When I left she made sure to come over and say bye and whisper in my ear 'no hard feelings'. She is not picking sides. That is how I expect mature adults to react.
