So glad I found this thread! I stumbled into this Bottecchia on consignment at a LBS and grabbed it for $400. Based on catalogs I've been able to scrounge up on BF, it looks to be an '89 Cromor? I'm basing this on the SLX tubing and the chromed drive-side chain stay. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Notably, I found it with a full Shimano 600 groupset and DA hubs. It shifts and brakes well, so I'm in no hurry to track down an Athena group. Plus, it's a hard sell on the wife to replace working Japanese parts with working Italian parts "just 'cuz."
