My bike has it. It shifts great up front. Feels very stiff to ME but I've never ridden an Ultegra crank.
As a machinist.... I kinda like the idea of BB30. Hopefully I'll like the reality!
Some in that lineup are and some are just average. Nothing wrong with the lower end mind you. The SL-K Light is on the higher end I believe. But either way it all depends on your idea of expensive. I love the color scheme. I am just not ready for the disc brake thingy on a road bike.............I am a purist I guess when it comes to road bikes.
