Your wiki quote does not change my statement of fact, one bit...... You still just have a mixture of two different viscosities. You can't change a physical property of those oil molecules by mixing them with others. The have to be manufactured to that size, or worn down by friction.

You might have a liquid that appears different, but the molecules remain the same. It's still just a mixture.
