@FastJake, i read on velocipedesalon and roadbikereview that "Spectrum is the authorized GITA repair/paint place", don't know the credence to this, but if that's the case, would you still say it'll take a huge hit value-wise? i've got the proper decals too..

i'm fine with it as is to be honest, but i've got a bit of ocd to keeping bikes clean and smooth paint-wise..so if i could rectify it properly, i would consider it.
