Bikes: Specialized Tarmac Expert, Schwinn Mesa, Huffy Rock Creek 29er, Fuji Cambridge, 1970s-era Ross ten speed. Various parts bikes in various stages of disassembly.

Ah, no. The mayor is the person who stated that someone riding a bicycle in winter conditions should be arrested. He also furthur states that "but they have their, quote, rights...."
