problem
#1 : 18" frame while my target is around 17±". being close to more like a touring/road geometry, it could compensate i guess?

#2 : no fork. meaning being cheap is not really cheap.
should it be pursued? hard to make a choice.
A suitable and affordable fork shouldn't be too difficult to come by, though the paint may contrast.
