My other two bikes are commuters: a Raleigh RX1.0 / Cannondale Capo. The Klein would go to a friend of mine who has been eyeing it since day one, the Felt would go on CL. In either case I wouldn't be losing any money.
Whenever I'm in this situation I ask myself: "Which one do I use more often?".
