My worry came from the fact that the "official" stretch is only 1mm (22 to 23) so using it in 24 is doubling it.
I know I ran a butyl tube 20-28 in a 32mm tire so that's 4 extra mm in a tube that can stretch 8...
Just explaining my concern...
Take a close look at a metric ruler at the size of 1mm and then 4mm. You will no longer be concerned.
