Both links work for me. It's what I could find.

I don't think the information he is looking for exists on the internet in an accessible manner. There are engineering drawings showing elevation profiles but they might not reflect current roads.

It's not clear exactly what he's looking for or why. That lack of information is going to limit how much effort people will put it to look for stuff.

I might try to look for ride profiles and start from there.
