You could try advertising for them here on the forum. I've got a set of these on my '76 Sentinel Whisper GT. Although these bicycles aren't particularly common either, they usually go pretty cheap when you find them. They also have very early Dura-Ace components, which you could use or resell to recoup the cost of the bicycle. Not sure what other (mid 70's?) models these were offered on.
