On a 2000 calorie a day diet, those two cups of high test coffee provide 600 calories or almost a 1/3... some folks double the amount of oils they add per cup so that would be closer to 1100-1200 calories from a few cups. That is with heavy cream (35% BF) included and we don't do paleo as I am too old to chase the rabbits here.

Nuts are excellent although you have to watch the carbs and protein so that you don't overdo that... nuts sneak up on you because you can't just eat one.

Vegetables are an excellent butter delivery system and we also use bacon fat for roasting vegetables.
