I'm with wrk101 no way would I sell a bike like this on Ebay with there current policies. Basicaly the buyer could take it to a nicer shop have it brought up to what it is advertised at IE overhauled with some new components to the tune of $200+ and get the cost charged back to the buyer and they will win under the current policies. Plus the price is just way two high this is basically a $200-250 bike with maybe $50 premium for the nice paint much better suited to selling as is locally on Cl.

If one is looking to buy fairly nice road bikes with a basic Columbus steel frames and 600 level components pop up pretty regularly on CL in most markets in the $200-400 price.
