It;s getting more confusing by the minute: comparing my current frame size with Canyon dimensions I ride a 53 (I thought I was on 54), it's very comfortable and am very happy with my riding position but I feel I could do with a 55 or 56.

According to canyon sizing I'm a 56 (which would seem logical as I'm 178cm)... but the worst would be to end up with a frame that's too big... really not sure what to do.
