Not particularly, but it's important to be at the front on the turn-around and be at the front at the end (duh!). If you camp out at the back, then try to move up in the last 5 minutes, it isn't going to happen. The only way to do it is to stay at the front the entire time.
Yeah I heard it wasn't a climbers race so I'm going to enter. I was under the impression that it had a major climb at the end of the race but I was confused.
I'll take your advice and stay towards the front(easier said than done most of the time)
