120mm 5-sp freewheel hub.................on track frame?

i found a couple hubs that are 120, and i found some freewheels i like... and cable stops and guides and single shifters for a 1x5 setup...

but i was wondering. im gonna use something like this probably: http://www.amazon.com/Origin8-Derail.../dp/B00629O8YM

and if the hub is quick-release i feel like that would be an issue using that derailleur hanger.

wondering if there are bolt-on 5-speed freewheel hubs in 120mm. or maybe a metal washer/tube on the qr skewer to thicken it to 10mm...

also concerned about the wheel being centered, and not offset and hitting the stays.

this is for a japanese track bike my friend wants to sell me that fits me really really well. dont try to convince me out of it, i wanna see if it'll work hahah.

please help! let me know if it will work, and recommend me hubs and derailleur options if ya can!!

thanky

....or just sell me an mkm ultimate
